PhillyCarShare is Philly's local nonprofit with the most economical and environmentally friendly way to get four wheels. Choose the plan that's right for you based on your needs and budget. Regardless of the plan you choose, you'll get access to the most cars in the most locations in Philadelphia.
Philadelphia Plan
Highlights:
- Hourly rates starting at $3.45/hour
- Mileage fee of $0.25 per mile
- Monthly fee: $15.00 (or $125 yearly)
Description:
The Philadelphia Plan is best for you if you drive more than once a month. You get the lowest hourly rates and special perks like discounted overnight hours and daily rates. You will only pay for the miles you drive at $0.25 pr mile.
Rates:
- Mon-Fri Hourly Rates starting at $3.45/hour and day rates start at $39.00/day.
- Sat-Sun Hourly Rates starting at $5.45/hour and day rates start at $69.00/day.
Notes:
Pay your membership fees monthly or yearly; $15/month or $125/year (a $55 savings!)
Vehicles are priced in three tiers: Economy, Hybrid, or Standard

Keystone Plan
Highlights:
- Hourly rates starting at $7.00/hour
- 185 miles included in each trip
- Annual fee: $35.00;
no monthly fee
Description:
The Keystone Plan is a great choice for members who don't need a vehicle often but still want the convenience of car sharing.
Rates:
- Mon-Fri Hourly Rates starting at $7.00/hour.
- Sat-Sun Hourly Rates starting at $9.00/hour.
Notes:
No monthly fee for maintaining your membership, just a low $35 annual fee.
No mileage fee for the first 185 miles of each reservation. Additional mileage costs $0.35/mile.
Vehicles are priced in two tiers. 74% of our vehicles are at the lowest rate!
