Monthly fees (if applicable) will be reflected on your invoice. Learn more about rate plans, click here.
If you join the Advantage plan, on your first invoice you will have a plan fee for the month you joined as well as the next month. It's the only time this will occur. Each month after that you'll be charged only for the upcoming month.
If you wish to change your rate plan, simply call (215-730-0988) or email us and we'll change your plan. You may change your rate plan once per 12-month period for free; more frequently than that and we will charge you $30 per switch.
Pay-as-you go Each time you make a reservation you'll pay an esimated amount for your reservation. The estimated amount includes a cost for the hours reserved, esimated miles at seven miles for every hour reserved, and taxes on your trip.
Mid-month invoice We post your online invoice on the 10th of each month and send you an email notification accompanied by a newsletter. This newsletter includes important updates for which you are held responsible. The invoice lists all trips and actual costs (including fees), as well as a list of all payments made to your account. Your card on file will be charged automatically on the 15th any balance due. Charges of less than $5 will not be charged until the following month. You have 30 days from the invoice date to review your invoice and contact us regarding any discrepancies. We charge $3 for any invoices and newsletters we need to print and mail.
Convenient automatic debiting allows you to set your automatic debit amount to be an amount of your choice that we charge you on the first of each month, in addition to your monthly fees. If this is not enough to cover your trip costs throughout the month, you can simply add value to your account at the time you book your reservations. (See Pay-as-you-go, above.) Any value left in your account at the end of the month is still yours to use for future reservations.
