Terms and Conditions
Participation in PhillyCarShare's Key to the City program is solely a co-promotional partnership which does not inhibit either party's ability to develop relationships with other businesses and/or organizations in or outside of the Philadelphia area, unless competitive in nature with PhillyCarShare services. Specific details surrounding the Key to the City partnership, including marketing and business strategies and initiatives, may not be disclosed to third parties and to businesses competitive in nature with PhillyCarShare services.
Key to the City promotions may not be combined or used in conjunction with other promotions outside of the existing relationship without written permission from PhillyCarShare. Furthermore, PhillyCarShare information, materials, names, images, pictures, logos, and icons are exclusive property of PhillyCarShare and may not be used without written permission from PhillyCarShare.
PhillyCarShare requests 60 days prior notice of intended termination of partnership, or of intended changes to the agreed upon promotions, and either party may terminate the relationship at any time.
