In addition, every home will receive about a year's worth of PhillyCarShare driving credits and access to a 2-vehicle pod plus a new small pocket park.

Spring Arts Point

Spring Arts Point is a new construction mixed-use development comprised of 73 residential units and 5,000 sq. ft. of neighborhood retail space in the West Poplar section of Philadelphia. The developer is providing all new buyers with one free year of PhillyCarShare Advantage Plan membership and is reserving two on-street parking spaces on a highly visible retail corner at the center of the development.

Memphis Flats

Located in the heart of Fishtown, Memphis Flats features 72 distinct, design-driven condominium lofts ideal for the City's progressive, cool and culturally-minded buyer. Memphis Flats offers modern design, generous living spaces, high-quality construction, and even a PhillyCarShare pod! Surrounded by walkable tree-lined streets, pocket-parks, cafes, galleries, pubs, corner stores, and public transportation, these homes are a real value. Construction begins November 2007, move-in Fall 2008.

The HUB on Chestnut

Two mixed-use towers with 104 units and 30,000 sq. ft. of ground-floor retail are being built with no on-site parking in the heart of University City. The developer is reserving two on-street spaces for PhillyCarShare and providing memberships to its residents.

The Mills at East Falls

Once a series of 19th Century textile factories, The Mills at East Falls is being crafted into a new community of 25 loft residences and 50 live/work artists studios, as wells restaurants, a day spa, and a fitness center and yoga studio. The Mills at East Falls is providing free parking spaces for PhillyCarShare vehicles, providing free driving credits for new members, and hosting member events at the Bakery At The Mills.

Liberties Walk

The developer is providing an on-street PhillyCarShare pod at Liberties Walk for use by the residents and workers of Northern Liberties, and marketing the service to locals.

600 N. Broad

600 North Broad will be mixed-use development featuring residential units, office space, and retail space in Philadelphia's Spring Garden neighborhood. A PhillyCarShare pod will be provided at this location.

High Street

Home(scale)'s first Philadelphia project aims to be the City's first carbon neutral community. Energy reductions will be achieved through usage of radiant solar heat, on-demand hot water, LED lighting, condensing dryers, solar screening and cross ventilation, and by producing both hot water and electricity on-site through a Philadelphia-first solar energy co-op. High Street will also feature an innovative micro ecology of green walls, green roofs, large natural courtyards, and rainwater retention sinks to scrub the air and water, cool the immediate environment, and provide a lush urban habitat for native birds. Home(scale) hopes to build its relationship with PhillyCarShare in order to help align resident's transportation habits with the broader mission of its projects.

Presser Estates

The Philadelphia Preservation Group presents 160 new Luxury apartments in the heart of Historic Mount Airy. These custom apartments are uniquely individual and designed to compliment the historic charm of the Presser & Nugent buildings. An on-site PhillyCarShare pod will be included in this development.
