Vehicles are located on the second level of this Central garage on the northwest corner of 15th & Spruce Streets, and are clearly visible from the elevator.
Garage pedestrian entrance is on 15th, north of Spruce.
Garage Access: use the parking card on the retractable chain to gain access and to leave the garage. (If you take a ticket from the machine the next member will not be able to leave the garage!)
SEPTA access: via the Route 27 and 32 buses, and the Broad Street Line- Walnut/Locust Station.
