Valet garage for the Phoenix apartments
Vehicles are located in the 24-hour valet garage for the Phoenix apartments on the southwest corner of 16th and Arch Streets.
To access the vehicle, enter The Phoenix apartment building and request the the PhillyCarShare vehicle from one of the valets. Please make sure the valet locks the car with his key fob, so that you may unlock it with yours to begin your reservation.
Please note: This is a valet garage. During peak hours (7:30am-9:30am and 3:30pm-5:30pm), members should expect delays in obtaining and returning cars. Please make reasonable accommodations to allow for the "garage rush" times.
SEPTA access: via the Route 2, Route 27, or Route 48 buses.
